New Beginnings Florida is a faith-based transition program helping formerly incarcerated men reintegrate into society through safe housing, job assistance, spiritual guidance, and genuine community.

We believe every person deserves a second chance. Our mission is to walk alongside men leaving incarceration, providing the structure, support, and spiritual foundation they need to build a new life.
Founded on 1 Corinthians 13:13 — "And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love" — everything we do flows from that truth.
With 182 graduates and only a 2.2% recidivism rate (compared to Florida's 62.6%), the results speak for themselves. This isn't just a program — it's a family.

David Jenkins
Director & CEO
A true man of God who never makes a decision without praying about it first. David has been the Director and CEO since the day God allowed and guided him to open the doors of New Beginnings.
Having spent time in prison himself, David truly understands the struggles involved in transitioning back into society. He knows that lasting success cannot be obtained without God. He has completely given his life and this work to the Lord.
